
We did a fairly large renovation of our Victorian farmhouse when we moved to Tennessee. The reason was, we raise our own food and needed a very functional food processing environment inside the home. It was a somewhat formal home and had no fireplaces. We needed more space for food preservation and also seed starting. We needed a lot of things.
